●Product introduction

7132 is a semi-transparent, one-component, acid-curing silicone sealant designed for point glass curtain walls, all-glass curtain walls, glass light roofs and other large glass bonding sealants, with excellent structural bonding properties and weathering resistance, after artificially accelerated weathering test, the physical and chemical properties of the sealant did not change significantly. When used, 7132 is squeezed from the sealant brief with a squeezing gun to the part to be bonded and sealed, and the sealant absorbs moisture in the air at room temperature and cures into an elastomer to form an effective seal.

-Locations subject to continuous water immersion or year-round humidity.

●Metal coated glass assemblies.

-Not suitable for construction when the surface temperature of the material is below 4°C or above 40°C.

-7132 is packed in 300mi(1×24pcs) plastic tube.

●Color

-7132 is translucent, silver gray, porcelain white color.

●Storage and expiration date

-7132 should be stored in a cool, dry place below 27°C from the date of manufacture. Storage period is 12 months.

●Safety Instructions

-This product is not toxic when fully cured, but contact with eyes should be avoided before curing, if contact with eyes, please flush with plenty of water and seek medical attention; uncured product should avoid contact with children. This product will emit acetic acid during the curing process, attention should be paid to ventilation in the construction and curing area to avoid adverse effects on people due to the concentration of these substances.

●Maintenance

-Generally no maintenance is needed, if the sealant seam is broken, replace the damaged part, just use solvent to remove the accumulated dirt and fill with sealant.

●Testing

-It is the customer's responsibility to test the proposed sealant application accordingly and to determine if the performance meets the customer's application requirements.
